1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Poker Playbook, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Poker Playbook is a performance platform for MTT (Multi-Table Tournament) players. The service includes:

• Daily session check-in.
• 4 Pillars Scorecard.
• AI Coach with personalized analysis.
• Performance analytics and reports.
• Newsletter with poker and performance content.

3. Plans and Payment

• Grind (free): limited access to basic platform features.
• Pro and Elite (paid): full access to advanced features. For current pricing, please visit the pricing page at pokerplaybook.pro.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods already used.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Poker Playbook, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
• Scrape or perform automated data collection.
• Access areas or features in an unauthorized manner.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including text, design, code, and branding — belongs to Poker Playbook and is protected by copyright. Performance data you enter belongs to you.

7. AI Coach

AI Coach analyses and suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, psychological, or any other type of advice.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee 24/7 uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Poker Playbook is not liable for financial losses in tournaments, gameplay decisions based on the AI Coach, or any other damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email. The current version will always be available on this page.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
